Located along Stillwater River, this cabin sits on 8 acres of well-maintained land and includes a spacious outdoor entertainment area, 2 living spaces, and an open loft with skylights.This authentic log cabin boasts an open floor plan and cathedral ceilings with natural colors and textures that create the ideal setting for a cozy mountain retreat. A wood-burning stove and plush furnishings, including a sleeper sofa, beckons friends and family to relax after a long in the living area. The remodeled kitchen has everything needed to prepare a family feast. A traditional dining area seats 8, while the rustic kitchen island seats 6 more. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor—1 primary bedroom with a queen bed, private bathroom, and relaxing patio, and 1 guest bedroom with a queen bed and inviting atmosphere. Experience the ultimate outdoor oasis on the spacious covered deck with plenty of seating or on the beautifully manicured lawn with space for volleyball and other games. Plus, a convenient side patio is equipped with a grill and picnic table for delightful alfresco meals.

After arriving at your property and checking it out, I told my daughter that we must have been slumming all these years. It was the best place we have ever stayed and we had no need to run out and buy anything because it wasn't provided. From ice cream scoop to grater, the amenities were priceless. I think it was better equipped than my own home. The beds were very comfortable and the home was very spacious.

We had an amazing time celebrating Mothers Day and a birthday at Stillwater Log Cabin. The grounds are impeccably manicured, the neighbors are friendly and show an equal pride of ownership in their homes, and the cabin itself was fully stocked and well-appointed that we found ourselves needing nothing from the professional management team during our stay.
Just a couple of things that arent mentioned in the paperwork to help more vacationers out, there is a fully stocked kitchen! What does that mean?
Electric hand mixer, blender, cookie sheets, 2 sets of knives (not totally sharp but workable), Dutch ovens, foil, plastic wrap, Ziploc bags, wine glasses, alcohol shakers, straws, spices, we donated the ice trays (icemaker may be broken, but will probably be fixed by your stay), a million spatulas and cutting boards, and so many pots and pans. Honestly, it felt like you were in your own kitchen once you familiarized yourself where everything was.
As for the sleeping quarters, we had 0 complaints! Everything was clean and well thought of (they even have hangers in the closet) and there were extra blankets and pillows.
For our trip, we split our time between Glacier National Park and Whitefish so the location made total sense. Before we left, we were all checking our schedules to see when we were available to come back, because our time spent in this majestic home was nothing short of AMAZING!

It was the most amazing escape for our family while we made the final plans for our son's February wedding in Kalispell, Montana. The experience was so incredible we extended our stay twice.
