2958 square feet of living space packed with all the comforts of home. The spacious great room features large windows for ample light and spectacular views of the mountains. The floor plan is open and inviting. Spacious kitchen with NEW stainless appliances and a large dining room table. The finely appointed living room has a gas fireplace and large flat-screen TV.
On the main level is the bunk room, perfect for the kids! This room has a twin over twin bunk and a twin over queen bunk, and flat-screen TV, this room also has an en-suite full bathroom.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms! the Master Bedroom has a king-size bed, flat-screen TV and a full en-suite bath. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, flat-screen TV and en-suite with a 3/4 bathroom. The third bedroom on this level also features a king-size bed, flatscreen TV and en-suite ¾ bathroom.
There is a full-size sofa sleeper for 2 additional sleepers if needed in the living room.
There is a balcony off of the living room with a gas grill and some seating perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning on summer days.
Clean up after adventures there is a laundry room with full-size washer and dryer.
The property comes with access to a communal hot tub as well!
