Kalispell is the perfect location for enjoying summertime outdoor adventures including hiking, rafting, horseback riding, boating and fishing. During the winter, enjoy nearby skiing at two amazing resorts - Whitefish Mountain Resort and Blacktail Mountain Resort (each appx 20-30 minutes away). This property has something for everyone year-round, plus it could be a perfect work-from-home base for a few weeks or longer stays. Location is everything and this property gives you easy access to the most wonderful areas in Montana including Glacier National Park, Bigfork, Whitefish, Lakeside, and an abundant number of lakes and rivers nearby to visit, plus extensive shopping and amazing restaurants just minutes away. If you are traveling during the Winter season, we highly recommend having a 4x4 or AWD vehicle as weather conditions can be unpredictable.

This three-bedroom, two-bath townhome has a spacious floor plan and is located on a quiet cul-de-sac. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking a meal at home and has new stainless appliances. An inviting living room comes with a large flat-screen TV and a cozy leather sofa. The dining room table seats four with three additional seats at the kitchen island.
The master suite has a King-size bed and an en-suite full bathroom with a stand-up shower! Bedroom #2 has a Queen-size bed and Bedroom #3 has a Twin-size bed. Bedroom #3 does also features a desk for those who are working and/or learning remotely.
The property does have a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your use! There is a fenced in backyard with a BBQ grille. During the warm weather months, there is outdoor furniture.
Please Note: The property does have a 2-car garage. The garage will be accessible during the Winter season ONLY (December-April). This property comes with a 240V 32 amp Level 2 EV (and PHEV) Charging Cable Station. The SAE J1772 connection is compatible with hybrid and fully electric vehicles throughout North America (though Tesla owners will need their adapter). This can be accessed by guest upon request and paying the fee associated with using the charging station.
With prior approval, this property allows dogs with the proper pet fee and a full expectation that they are trained. You are required to clean up after your dog both inside and outside and do not allow them on the furniture/beds. The dog must be crated when you are not in the home. A pet agreement is required to be signed and returned prior to arrival. The Pet fee is $200 per dog (max 2) and there is an additional $100 pet cleaning fee that will be charged at the time of booking. You must notify the host if you are bringing a pet so that the proper fees can be collected.
Glacier Park International Airport is only about 20 minutes from this home so getting here is easy!
