In addition, you have easy access to spectacular hiking, golfing, water sports, fly fishing, whitewater rafting, and Glacier National Park! The west entrance of Glacier National Park is about an hour away! City Beach at Whitefish Lake is also only 15 minutes away!  If you are traveling during the Winter season, we highly recommend having a 4x4 or AWD vehicle as weather conditions can be unpredictable.

At 5,627 sqft this luxury property provides everything one would need for the perfect Whitefish Escape! You'll love the large windows for ample light, and spectacular views! The floor plan is open and inviting. The finely appointed living room features a large fireplace and flatscreen HD Smart TV, with comfortable seating for everyone! The dining area is parallel with the kitchen island. The dining table can seat 8-10, and you have 5 more spaces at the island, perfect for gathering everyone together for a feast! The main deck has wall mounted radiant heaters so you can enjoy in all seasons!

The main level has a bedroom with a King-sized bed and en-suite full bathroom with stunning tile shower. Bedroom #1 is perfect for those guests who have difficulty with stairs and would prefer a main level bedroom.

One level below is where the remaining bedrooms are found. Straight down the hall is the luxurious Master suite (Bedroom #2) with a King-size bed, spacious closet and smart TV. There is an ensuite full bathroom with a stunning standup tile shower. This master suite has a 10x25 deck off it the bedroom for your enjoyment.

Bedroom #3 & #4 and all feature King-size beds, spacious closets and smart Tv’s. All bedrooms have en-suite full bathrooms and stunning tile showers. 

Bedroom #5 is the beautiful bunk/theater room. This bedroom features two built in bunk beds that are Queen over Queen and two additional Twin over Twin bunks (sleeping 12 in total). This room has theater surround sound with a large TV for your entertainment. This bunk room also has not one but TWO full en-suite bathrooms giving you one for the guys and one for the gals! The bathrooms both have tub/shower combos!

The bottom floor is dedicated to entertainment!  When you’re not hitting the slopes you can enjoy the ping pong table or watch a movie on the large TV! This level also have a full bathroom with a standup shower, washer and dryer and a wet bar with a mini fridge and sink! This floor also features what we are calling “The Lodge”. When you enter the house from your day on the slopes, you have a wonderful area to store all of your gear inside. There is two additional leather couches and another fireplace to relax by. Outside on this level is the large private hot tub that comes in handy after a long day on the slopes!  All tile surfaces are heated!

The property has parking for 2 vehicles in the garage and an addition 2 vehicles in front of the garage. You OWE it to yourself to stay in this luxury new build townhome!

Glacier Park International Airport is only about 20 minutes from Whitefish, Montana so getting here is easy!

With prior approval, this home allows dogs with the proper pet fee and a full expectation that they are trained and that you clean up after your dog both inside and outside and do not allow them on the furniture/beds. The dog must be crated when you are not in the home.  A pet agreement is required to be signed and returned prior to arrival. The Pet fee is $200 per dog (max 2) and there is an additional $100 pet cleaning fee that will be charged at the time of booking. You must notify the host if you are bringing a pet so that the proper fees can be collected.

* No smoking, vaping, pets, or parties permitted at this property. Guests shall not have parties or events at the home which include but are not limited to bachelor & bachelorette parties, golf parties, and weddings.
Check-in on 12/25 is not available. 

* Ski-in /Ski-Out: Ski right off the back deck onto chair 6 run and ski right back to the house.
