***The Pines Building currently does not have a central heating system and this will continue until May 2023.  The unit will be heated by the gas fireplace in the main living area along with electric space heaters in each bedroom. The communal hot tub is also currently out of order until further notice from the HOA. Due to this inconvenience, there is a discount reflected in the rates for the ski season.  Please inquire if you have questions. ***


This ski-in ski-out unit is at one of the very best locations on the mountain and is in the heart of one of Montana’s finest ski resorts! Just a short walk away is the Base Lodge that links you to 3000 acres (98 trails) where you can enjoy world-class skiing. The resort is well known for a pleasant variety of runs, short waits in line, and for its consistently good snow conditions, on average 300 inches a year!  Praised in National Ski magazine as the #3 place to ski in the country!

When the snow melts, Whitefish Mountain Resort becomes home to thrilling zip lines and an alpine slide, world-class downhill, and cross-country mountain biking, and the unique Walk in the Treetops. In addition, you have easy access to spectacular hiking, golfing, water sports, fly fishing, whitewater rafting, and Glacier National Park! The West Entrance of Glacier National Park is about an hour away! This home is the perfect base camp for a visit to Montana’s majestic Flathead Valley. Whitefish is your four-season destination place!

This home is just a 15-minute drive away from historic Downtown Whitefish. If you enjoy shopping, this is the place for you! There are many Clothing, Souvenir and Antique shops for you to enjoy.  Take pleasure in some of the finest restaurants, bars, breweries, and distilleries that the Flathead Valley has to offer! There are fun events including music, theatre, and festivals year-round! City Beach at Whitefish Lake is also only 15 minutes away! 

Don't feel like driving? No Problem... Getting around Whitefish is FREE and EASY via the SNOW BUS! The SNOW BUS is a FREE shuttle service that takes you all around Whitefish including up to Big Mountain and back during peak ski and summer seasons! The closest pickup is just a short walk away at the Hibernation Hut! We also have Taxis, Lyft, and Uber! If you are traveling during the winter season, we highly recommend having a 4X4 or all AWD vehicle as weather conditions can be unpredictable.

This 3 bedroom, 1020 sq ft unit is packed with all the comforts of home! Located in the heart of Whitefish Mountain Resort, you can't beat the location for winter skiing or summer adventures! The living area has a gas fireplace, a comfortable living room with a brand NEW 55" flatscreen TV, this is the perfect place to wind down after a day of exploring! The Kitchen features all stainless steel appliances including a gas range, granite counters, and all the pots, pans, dishes, and utensils you will need for preparing a meal! The dining table seats 6 perfect for gathering everyone together for a meal or a game! Just off the living area is a cozy patio perfect for enjoying your morning coffee! 

The Master Suite has its own wing! The Bedroom has a King-size bed, a dresser for clothing, a mini-fridge to keep drinks and/or food in the room, and its own coffee maker. The full master bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Both of the other bedrooms also have queen-size beds, full-length mirrors, dressers, and large closets for extra storage. All the bedrooms have luxurious linens! The guest bathroom also features a tub/shower combo. Enjoy the convenience of having a stacked washer and dryer right in the unit for your laundry needs!

You will have 1 guaranteed underground heated parking spot, and a ski locker, and can enjoy the community features of a large fireplace in the open lobby, a rooftop lounge with a kitchen. You are in the center of Whitefish Mountain Resort village with only a 3-minute walk to Kandahar Lodge Restaurant with a gourmet menu and bar, it's one of the only James Beard award-winning restaurants in Montana.
Glacier Park International Airport is only about 20 minutes from Whitefish, Montana so getting here is easy!

* Ski-in /Ski-Out generally during Peak winter season - late Dec- mid-Feb – weather permitting. The definition means that you are around a 5-minute walk to the nearest run or lift and do not need to drive.

* No smoking, vaping, pets or parties permitted at this property. Guests shall not have parties or events at the home which includes but is not limited to bachelor & bachelorette parties, golf parties, and weddings

Property was great. Pictures are accurate representation. There were many comments about supplies, so we stocked up on toilet paper and trash bags prior to our arrival, but found a big stockpile of everything. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals.

Pines 240 was exactly what I was looking for in a affordable ski in/ski out condo for 6 people. Very clean and well maintained The kitchen had everything to prepare our meals. The 3 bedrooms were spacious. The in house washer/dryer came in very handy with the amount of snow we received for our week stay.
