This home is just a 15-minute drive away from historic Downtown Whitefish. If you enjoy shopping, this is the place for you! There are many Clothing, Souvenir, and Antique shops for you to enjoy. Take pleasure in some of the finest restaurants, bars, breweries, and distilleries that the Flathead Valley has to offer! There are fun events including music, theatre, and festivals year-round!
A 15-minute drive will get you to Whitefish Mountain Resort where you'll enjoy world-class skiing, it was praised in National Ski magazine as the #3 place to ski in the country! During the summer months, the resort becomes home to thrilling zip lines and an alpine slide, world-class downhill, and cross-country mountain biking, and the unique Walk in the Treetops.
In addition, you have easy access to spectacular hiking, golfing, water sports, fly fishing, whitewater rafting, and Glacier National Park! The West Entrance of Glacier National Park is about an hour away! This home is the perfect base camp for a visit to Montana’s majestic Flathead Valley. Whitefish is your four-season destination place!

The main part of the house has a large kitchen that has lots of cabinet and countertop space and upgraded stainless steel appliances. You'll love the cozy living room with two sofas, a large flatscreen TV and a wood-burning stove fireplace to keep you warm for those staying in the cooler months! The dining area offers an amazing view of Whitefish Lake that can't be beaten!
This main level has one bedroom that has two twin size beds, a flat-screen TV and amazing views from the bedroom windows! This level also has a full bathroom with a standup shower.
The upstairs level of the main house has two additional bedrooms and 1 full bathroom with a stunning shower! Bedroom #2 has a King-size bed, a large dresser for storing your clothes, and faces the view of the lake. Waking up to that view will be your favorite thing about both upstairs bedrooms! Bedroom #3 has a Full-size bed.
The other section of the house is a separate cottage style apartment down a flight of stairs and has its own separate entry. Here you'll find an open room upon entering with a full-size bed on one side of the space with a flatscreen TV for entertainment. The other side of the room has a sitting area and a small kitchen with smaller appliances and a little dining area. The apartment has one bedroom that is set up perfectly for the kids with a twin over queen bunk bed and an additional twin size bed in the corner of the room. The apartment has a 3/4 bathroom.
This home is a rare find with a private boat dock for your use. The brand new Hot Tub was installed in the fall of 2019!
With prior approval, this home allows dogs with the proper pet fee and a full expectation that they are trained and that you clean up after your dog both inside and outside and do not allow them on the furniture/beds. The dog must be crated when you are not in the home. A pet agreement is required to be signed and returned prior to arrival. The Pet fee is $200 per dog (max 2) and there is an additional $100 pet cleaning fee.
Glacier Park International Airport is only about 20 minutes from Whitefish, Montana so getting here is easy!
