There is another bathroom that both of these bedrooms would have access to with a Shower/tub combo! This home also has a washer and dryer for you to use!
This Property comes with garage space for one vehicle and additional parking in front of the garage. The garage does have a 240V 32 amp Level 2 EV (and PHEV) Charging Cable Station. The SAE J1772 connection is compatible with hybrid and fully electric vehicles throughout North America (though Tesla owners will need their adapter). This can be accessed by guests upon request and paying the fee associated with using the charging station.
