When will I receive my check in information?

Typically two weeks prior to your arrival and again on the day of arrival. 

How do I check in?

All of our properties have keys or keyless access codes right on the property. You do not have to check in with an office. We keep the check in process simple for our valued guests.

Are pets allowed?

Yes and No. Many of our properties are not pet friendly. Please email or call to check on Pet Friendly options.

What are the check in/check out times?

Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am.  Please do not request an early check in or late check out.  We like to use all of the time provided between stays to make your accommodations the best that they can be. 

What should we do before leaving the property?

We just ask that you put the dirty dishes in the dishwasher, start a load of towels (if possible), lock the doors, take out the trash, and put any keys back in the key boxes (if applicable).

What amenities are included with my stay?

The property will be equipped with a starter shampoo and body wash in each bathroom.  Also, there will be 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom.  The kitchens will have 2 rolls of paper towels, a small dishwashing soap, two dishwasher packets, and 2 garbage bags per trash can.  Please note that you will be responsible for purchasing extra items.

Is there wifi at the property?

Yes, all of our homes and condos have wifi.

Will there be daily or mid-week maid service?

These services are available upon request for an additional charge
